Working with Dan is the best real estate experience you can have! He is accessible (very important), personable, knowledgeable and a wonderful negotiator. He is also great at diffusing awkward situations that crop up with buyers. (This is very important). We had full service at a level we had never experienced in past home sales- we got asking price and saved a bunch of money!

Don't waste your time with Dan!! I first spoke with Dan on a Tuesday about selling my house. We agreed to meet that Thursday at my house for him to look at the property and start the process of getting it listed. Thursday afternoon, 10 minutes before our appointment time, he calls and cancels and says he is 45 minutes late to his appointment prior to mine. So he was 45 minutes late to someone else's appointment and could only give me 10 minutes notice...?? We talked and agreed that he would call me the following Monday to set up a new time since he would be out of town on vacation Friday-Monday. Monday came and went without a call. He still has not called as of today, 2 weeks later. Don't waste your time with this guy. The flat rate listing promise is tempting, but the old saying is true: "You get what you pay for"...

Dan is very helpful and patient! He said this is a process of business as well as emotion to sale a house... And it is true. He and his teammate are very responding quickly and always give good/correct suggestions.

Dan and Liz were great to work with. They are very timely in their responses and kept us updated throughout the process. Communication skills and knowledge on the selling/buying process was great. They were personable, patient, and understanding especially when a lot of negotiations occurred. I would highly recommend!

I just sold my 2nd property with Dan and Liz. I didn’t even think the condo market had rebounded enough for me to sell, but I received an offer within 10 days of listing and sold for more than I expected.
